MEMORIAL DAY RELAYS 2008
DIRECTIONS FOR ON-LINE ENTRIES
Step 1. Go directly to www.coacho.com (Use the link above) and select the calendar and go to the 13th annual Memorial Relays 2008 for on-line entries. The Memorial Day Relays meet is located in the month of May with dates May 24-25, 2008.
Step 2 Select the “Register Team button” to enter your club information. Enter all club
information required by the on-line program. A current email address for you or your
club is required to complete the process. Make sure you select the men and women button
and the button that states “Registration as USATF youth to enter meet using USATF
youth age division” button. The program will automatically assign you a PIN number
after registration is completed. Make sure you print a copy of the PIN number page for
future reference. The registration requires a home number, work number, fax number,
and email address to complete the process.
Step 3. After you have completed step 2 you must then be prepared to build you club
roster. Make sure you have all your athlete information before you and take your time
entering data. Make sure you enter birthdays correctly and boys and girls properly. A
series of errors will create a number of problems for you in the future. Enter all athletes
on your roster even if some roster data is not finalized, please enter information because
you can always delete and change an athlete data on your roster. Athletes addresses are
preferred, however you can leave athlete address blank or use a generic address to speedup
the process. You can correct information at a later date if you desire. Program
automatically defaults to male button so therefore be very careful when inputting your
male and female athletes. The site require a middle initial for athletes so therefore if your
athlete does not have a middle initial just but a “N” in for the middle initial so you can
continue to input data. Review data carefully before confirming when all data is input.
Step 4. After roster data is entered, repeat step 1 or any steps required to enter program if
you existed program. Remember you will have to enter your pin number given to your
class when you registered for the meet.
Step 5. You are now ready to enter your athlete entry information. Select the “submit
meet entries for” button and begin to enter data using the on-line instruction. Please
take you time entering data. I recommend you enter boys and girls information
separately. Make sure you put a check in all event boxes your athletes will be competing
in at the track meet. If your club do not have athletes in certain events just click continue
to skip that event. After completion of this process the system will ask you to confirm.
Please review carefully before confirming. This step is the longest process of the online
entry process. Therefore, I recommend that you have someone work with you
that is computer literate if your background is not as strong in computers as you
would like to be. The computer will then give you’re a men and women’s event sheet
showing all entries you have entered. You have an option to then pay by mail or Visa or
MasterCard. The form of payment is strictly up to the team.
NOTE RECOMMENDATION: I RECOMMEND USING A DSL LINE OR ANY
HIGH SPEED INTERNET LINE INSTEAD OF DIAL-UP CONNECTIONS. THE
DIAL-UP LINES HAVE A TENDENCY TO GO DOWN.
